Almond Butter Blender Muffins

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

1 cup smooth almond butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 cup maple syrup

4 tablespoons almond milk or another non dairy milk

1/4 cup chocolate chips

Method:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

 

In a blender, combine all ingredients except for chocolate chips and blend into a smooth batter.

Pour into pregreased muffin tin and top with 6-7 chocolate chips each. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool before enjoying!
