Ingredients:

 

1 jalapeno (with seeds if you want a little spice!)

1-2 cloves garlic

1 tomatillo

1 handful cilantro

1 lime, juiced

1 cup heavy whipping cream (or milk)

1 cup mayonnaise

1 packet dry ranch dressing packet

 

Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Place in the fridge to chill.
