Copycat Lime Chips

Ingredients:

1 package corn tortillas

1/8 cup olive oil

Juice of 1 lime

Lime zest of 1 lime

1 tablespoon salt (can adjust depending on preference) 

Method:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut tortillas into triangles, as seen above.

In a mixing bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, and salt. Add handful of tortilla triangles to mixture and coat well. Lay on cookie sheet (do not overlap, just one layer at a time) and bake batches for 10 minutes.

 

Let cool completely to allow the chips to get crispy and crunchy. Enjoy!
