Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

2-3 tablespoons of chia seeds

1/2 cup - 1 cup coconut or almond milk

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon honey

Topping suggestions: Blueberries, walnuts, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, raspberries, almonds, granola

Method:

In a small tupperware mix chia seeds and milk to desired consistency. Add cinnamon and honey and stir. Leave overnight in the fridge for chia seeds to soak. When ready to enjoy, add desired toppings and enjoy!
