5-Ingredient Granola Bars

Ingredients:

1 heaping cup dates, pitted and chopped very fine

1/4 cup maple syrup

14 cup almond butter

1 cup unsalted almonds, loosely chopped

1 1/2 cup rolled oats

Method:

Heat maple syrup and almond butter in small saucepan on the stove till they are incorporated.

In a mixing bowl, mix dates, almonds and rolled oats. Pour warm syrup/almond butter mixture and combine.

Press into 8" X 8" pan, lined with parchment paper, and refrigerate until cool. Chop into uniform bars for an easy sweet snack n the go!
