Ingredients:

1 banana, frozen

2-3 tablespoons of any type of milk

Toppings of your choice: fruit, peanut or almond butter, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, etc.

Method:

Place frozen banana in blender with milk and pulse until banana forms a crumble, then gets creamy. Spoon into bowl, add toppings and enjoy!
