The Best Tofu

Ingredients:
1 block of firm or extra firm tofu
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon each of:
salt
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
cumin
curry powder
paprika
chili powder
dried oregano
dried parsley
Method:
Take block of tofu out of the packaging and wrap in 3 layers of paper towels and place on a plate with a large frying pan with something heavy on it for 20 minutes. This will take out any extra moisture out of the block of tofu.
Cut into slices. In a mixing bowl, mix olive oil and herbs and spices. Heat large frying pan on medium heat and dip slices of tofu in mixture and place on frying pan. Let each side get browned.
Enjoy in sandwiches or with a vegetable side.
