Easy Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients:

 

16 oz. ground turkey

2 eggs

1 large carrot, grated finely

1/2 cup parsley, chopped finely

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup olive oil 

 

Method:

 

Mix all ingredients except oil in mixing bowl until combine. Form into 20 equal sized balls. Heat oil in large pot and drop meatballs in, to sear. You may have to do two batches, depending on how big your pot is. Turn them a few times to get all sides browned. Transfer to glass baking dish and bake in oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
